Slow to Forward emails

HI

We are finding that some emails are slow to open/forward.

The problem does not effect all emails. Generally it is an external email received, and in some cases with attachments and some with none.

I have found if I remove the tick from 'disable embedded browser for mime mail' the email opens normally, ie no 40 second delay.

However, I still have the problem with around a 40 second delay if I have the email open and select Forward.  Or if I highlight the email in my Inbox and select Forward.

This is happening for all users in our Notes Domain.

Any help welcomed.  Thanks

Do you see the issue when using the Notes client in Basic mode?

When you say that this is happening to all users, do you mean all recipients of a problem email experience the same slowness?  Do you see CPU go up on the server when opening or forwarding one of the emails?

Do you see a CPU spike on the PCs when opening or forwarding a message?
